Questions about paying for it
Does everyone in my family need to pay?
No. One subscription covers the whole household — every member, every connected assistant, and the family's text number. There is no per-seat pricing, because charging per person would punish exactly the families Wooly is for.
What happens when the free trial ends?
Nothing disappears. Wooly drops to the Free plan, which keeps 50 memories and one connection. Everything above that is held, not deleted, and comes back the moment you subscribe. You can export the lot at any point either way.
Is the yearly plan actually cheaper?
Yes — $119 instead of $155.88, so about 24% off, which works out to $9.92 a month. Same product either way.
What does Wooly cost you to run?
Under $3 a month per family, mostly text messages and model calls. We would rather tell you that than pretend the price reflects the cost. It reflects building the thing and keeping it running without ads or data sales, which are the two obvious ways to make a product like this free.
Do you offer refunds?
If Wooly isn't working for your family in the first month, write to hello@woolyai.app and we'll refund it. No form to fill in.
