wooly

One family.
One memory.

Wooly is a shared family memory that lives inside the AI apps your family already opens every day. One person says something once — and everyone's assistant knows it.

You've had this problem for years

It was never about the app. It was about one person carrying all of it.

Shared calendars and chore apps all ask the same impossible thing: that everyone in the house adopts them. Now the important details also live inside one person's private chat history.

The appointment only one parent knew about

Maria moved Emma's pediatrician to Thursday through her ChatGPT. Dave's assistant never heard about it. He took Wednesday afternoon off for nothing.

Half a day

The Wi-Fi password, asked for the fortieth time

It lives in exactly one person's head. That person is in a meeting. The sitter is standing in the kitchen holding a tablet.

Forty times

The credit that quietly expired

A support rep promised $150 back on a Tuesday phone call. Nobody wrote it down, so nobody chased it, so it never arrived.

How it works

Three steps, in order. Then it just runs.

There is no dashboard to check and nothing to maintain. Wooly works in the background of apps your family already opens.

  1. Step 01

    Tell Wooly once

Say it in the ChatGPT or Claude you already use — or text your family's Wooly number. Anyone in the house can, including the ones with no AI at all.

  2. Step 02

    Everyone's AI knows

Wooly files it in the right room and hands it to every connected assistant. Nobody signs up for a new app, and nobody has to remember to check one.

  3. Step 03

    Wooly speaks up first

Before the free trial converts, before the rebate lapses, before the warranty ends. You hear about it while there is still time to act.

The real question

But my husband won't use another app.

He doesn't have to. He pastes one link into the ChatGPT he already uses — once, about ninety seconds — and never opens Wooly again. His assistant simply starts knowing the family's things.

And grandma? The twelve-year-old? Every family gets a phone number. Text it to add something, text it to ask something. No AI account required by anyone.

Who sees what

Three rooms. That's the entire permission system.

No roles screen, no sharing settings, no permission matrix. Wooly picks the room, shows you which one it chose, and one tap moves it.

Kitchen

Everyone in the family

Schedules, groceries, the Wi-Fi password, allergies, who's doing pickup.

Study

Grown-ups only

Money, medical details, accounts, anything to do with the school office.

My Shelf

Only you

Private notes, gift ideas, and anything you haven't decided to share yet.

A seven-year-old can understand this, which is the point. Read how we handle your family's data.

Have a look inside

Open Wooly with a demo family already in it — the Garcias, three members, a Kitchen full of the things a household forgets. Nothing to sign up for, and nothing you add there leaves your device.

It caught the $150 credit we forgot about.

Wooly watches for money and deadlines your household stands to lose — the credit a rep promised on a call, the rebate expiring in nine days, the trial converting Tuesday, the flight credit nobody remembered.

One caught credit tends to cover a year of Wooly. And it keeps delivering in the weeks when nobody adds a thing.

Before you ask

The questions everyone asks

When can my family actually use it?

Wooly is being built now. Join the waitlist and we'll email you once — when it's ready for real households, not before. Waitlist families go first and get the first month free.

Do I have to switch to a different AI?

No. Wooly connects to the assistant each person already uses. Maria can stay on ChatGPT while Dave uses Claude and the teenager uses something else entirely — they all read from the same family memory.

What if someone in my family doesn't use AI at all?

Every family gets a phone number. Text it to add something, text it to ask something. Grandparents and younger kids participate on day one without an account anywhere.

Can my partner see everything I put in?

No. Anything in My Shelf is yours alone. The Study is adults only. Only the Kitchen is shared with everyone. Wooly shows you which room it chose before saving, and one tap moves it.

Does Wooly answer questions itself?

Wooly supplies your family's own facts — the assistant does the talking. We don't claim an AI's answer is correct; we make sure it isn't missing what your household already knows.

What about my kids' information?

Children under 13 don't get Wooly accounts. Details about a young child are household facts entered by a parent, through that parent's own connection. Teenagers 13 and over can hold a member seat if a parent invites them.

What happens if I cancel?

You can export everything first, in a plain readable format, and then delete it for good. Cancelling doesn't hold your family's memory hostage.
